Description
Kulfi Faluda is a popular North Indian dessert that combines the dense, creamy texture of kulfi with the light, silky strands of faluda. Kulfi is a traditional Indian frozen dessert made by slowly thickening milk with sugar and flavorings like cardamom, saffron, or pistachios, giving it a rich and slightly grainy texture.
In this dish, faluda (thin vermicelli noodles) is first placed in a glass and soaked in flavored syrup, usually rose. Scoops or slices of kulfi are then added on top, followed by layers of sweet syrup, basil seeds (sabja), and sometimes rabri or ice cream. It is often garnished with chopped nuts like almonds and pistachios.
