Rabri Faluda is a rich and indulgent dessert popular across North India, especially in places like Delhi. It combines two main elements:

Rabri: a thick, creamy sweet made by slowly boiling milk with sugar, cardamom, and dry fruits
Faluda: thin vermicelli-like noodles soaked in flavored syrup (often rose)

The dessert is usually served chilled in a glass or bowl. First, faluda is placed at the bottom, then topped with layers of rabri, syrup, crushed ice, and sometimes kulfi or ice cream. The result is a thick, spoonable drink-dessert that is both refreshing and heavy.
